Privacy policy

What this site collects
The calculators and decision brief builder run in your browser. We do not receive or store the values you enter. The builder can copy text to your clipboard or download a local file when you choose those actions. This site does not use accounts, advertising cookies, or a newsletter signup.
Anonymous analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits, page views, referring sites, and broad technical information such as device and browser type. It does not use cookies. We also record general actions such as opening a tool, copying a template, generating a brief, or downloading a file. We do not send calculator inputs, decision-brief text, contact-form contents, names, or email addresses to analytics.
Tool action counts
We count general actions such as calculating a scenario, opening feedback, printing a sheet, or downloading a worksheet. Cloudflare stores daily totals by site, tool, and action. We do not send input values, contact details, visitor identifiers, cookies, or full page URLs to this counter. It respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. These are action counts, not unique or returning visitor counts. Hosting providers may process request metadata to deliver and secure the service.
Hosting data
Our hosting provider may process basic request data such as IP address, browser information, and requested pages to deliver and secure the site. We do not use that data to identify visitors.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, we receive the name (if supplied), email address, topic, and message you provide. Our hosting provider processes the submission, and our email delivery and mailbox providers process the resulting email. We use it to respond and handle your request. Do not send confidential information, customer details, or employer material. We do not use contact messages for marketing.
Changes
We may update this policy if site features change. The effective date above will change with it. For privacy questions, use the contact page.
