Separate observed facts from possible causes. Include what worked, what did not, and what remains unknown.

3. Review customer signals
Summarize themes from support, product usage, sales feedback, and retention. Use anonymized patterns when sharing widely.

4. Choose the next quarter
Propose no more than three priorities. Each needs an outcome measure, accountable owner, key dependency, and stop condition.

5. Close with decisions
Record what was approved, rejected, or deferred and the date of the next review.
