Choose one or two outcomes a prospect can verify. Name the baseline, success threshold, data source, and evaluation date.

List security, integration, data, process, and decision constraints. Mark each as confirmed, assumed, or open.

Agree on the next step

Specify the smallest useful evaluation, its owner on each side, dependencies, and a decision date.
